Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Aureon One sells fixed-scope engagements (the Audit), monthly retainers, corporate workshops, and one-time digital products. This policy sets out when payments are refundable and how cancellations work for each. All payments are processed by Razorpay; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.

2. The Audit (fixed-scope engagement)

The AI Marketing Systems Audit is a fixed-scope, one-time engagement and carries our delivery guarantee: if the Audit does not ship a working automation and a prioritized roadmap within the stated delivery window, the engagement is free — you receive a full refund of the Audit fee.

• Before kickoff: cancel any time before the kickoff call for a full refund.
• After kickoff: the engagement is in delivery and the guarantee above applies instead of ad-hoc refunds.
• Guarantee claims: write to us within 7 days of the stated delivery window ending.

3. Retainers (monthly engagements)

Retainers are billed monthly against an agreed scope. They are engagements, not subscriptions — there is no annual lock-in.

• Either side may end a retainer with 30 days’ written notice.
• Notice stops all future billing; no further charges are raised after the notice period ends.
• Fees for months in which work was delivered are not refundable.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed scope in a given month, we will remedy it in the following month or refund that month’s fee — your choice.

4. Workshops & training

• Reschedule or cancel 7 or more days before the session date: full refund or a free reschedule.
• Cancel within 7 days of the session: we will offer a reschedule; fees are otherwise non-refundable, since the day is reserved for your team.
• If we cancel a session and cannot offer an acceptable reschedule, you receive a full refund.

5. Digital products (frameworks & one-time purchases)

Digital products are delivered instantly by access link after payment. Because they are consumed on delivery, they are generally non-refundable — with two exceptions:

• Non-delivery: if you do not receive your access link, contact us within 7 days and we will redeliver it or refund you in full.
• Defective product: if the product is materially not as described, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

6. Duplicate or erroneous charges

Duplicate payments, and charges made in error, are refunded in full once verified against our payment records. Report them within 30 days of the charge.

7. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@aureonone.in from the address used at purchase, with the payment reference (order ID or payment ID from your Razorpay receipt). We respond within one business day and, where a refund is approved, initiate it immediately — Razorpay then returns the funds to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
